Privacy Notice

This notice explains what RoofScore Pro collects when a roofing company or its representative uses the website and report service.

Information we collect

• Account details such as email address, company name, telephone number, representative profile, and authentication records.
• Inspection details such as customer and property information, roof photos, CompanyCam shared-gallery links, report inputs, generated findings, and report history.
• Company branding, team membership, subscription status, and billing identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RoofScore Pro.
• Contact-form messages and basic website usage data such as page, referrer, device size, session activity, and conversion events.
• Technical and security data needed to prevent abuse, enforce limits, diagnose failures, and protect accounts.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, create and retain reports, deliver team and billing features, respond to support requests, improve the service, measure conversions, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

AI processing and service providers

Roof photos and inspection context are processed by an AI provider to create report findings. The service also relies on providers for hosting and authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and supported CompanyCam imports. Current core providers include Supabase, Anthropic, Netlify, Resend, Stripe, and Firecrawl.

Retention

Standard generated reports are retained in the account for 90 days, after which they are scheduled for deletion. Account, company, subscription, security, and support records may be retained longer when needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate RoofScore Pro, with an account owner or authorized team members, when a user directs us to share a report, or when required by law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, or legal purposes. Browser privacy settings can limit referrer and storage data, although account features require essential browser storage.

Security and children

RoofScore Pro uses HTTPS, private report storage, account authentication, access controls, rate limits, and retention controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. RoofScore Pro is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
